Why we created Binehad

Andrea comes from the corporate world inside large organizations. Martin is a founder. Both of us are athletes with demanding, high-pressure days. We know how quickly your mental state can make or break your performance.

We kept searching for tools that addressed the real root of performance, not just the symptoms. Most required long sessions. Others ignored the science. Many were highly specific, leading to tool overload instead of clarity.
